I am so sad that this isn't working for me. Getting it back in the box is impossible. They aren't going to like you. Save Some Shut-Eye and Some Cash With Tuft and Needle's Presidents Day Sale. Even spraying with Febreze and letting it air out did not help. After giving it a go for about 75 days, we decided to cash in on the return policy. The height of the bed is also a bit too much, though I suppose it is more like the industry standard than what I had before. Easy to transport and hecka-easy to setup.

So their pitch that it is bouncey for sex is negated by all the soreness from lack of proper support, and the pitch for cool sleeping compared to memory foam is negated by the need for a memory foam topper to try and make it sleepable. This bed is a medium-firm, so a tad bit firmer than the Tuft & Needle, and accommodating for back, stomach, and combo sleepers. I managed to get $140 in Amazon gift cards, and I read you could donate the mattress for a refund. After numerous toppers I gave up and it is now in the guest room. The thought we might actually not be able to use it just seemed so remote. The first few nights I slept on my new mattress I didn't feel especially strongly either way, but I wanted to wait it out. Unfortunately, it's just our bad luck to be the exception to that rule. The pillow cover is washable, but the foam pillow itself is not. Good customer service is so rare these days, that I have increased my rating from a 3 to 4 stars, and would like to clarify that I do like the bed, once I solved the too firm issue.
